Information collected
JLRS collects the information you provide directly: name, email address, and the summary you submit through the intake form or by email. The intake form is intentionally minimal and asks for no documents or sensitive records at first contact.

How information is used
Submitted information is used solely to evaluate fit, respond to your enquiry, and — where an engagement follows — to perform the agreed work. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the contact. Engagement materials are retained under the terms of the written engagement agreement.

Disclosure
JLRS does not disclose client or enquiry information to third parties except with your direction, or where disclosure is required by law.

Security
JLRS applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to information in its custody. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and JLRS states that plainly rather than implying otherwise.

Your choices
You may request a copy of the information JLRS holds about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted where no legal or engagement obligation requires its retention. Write to info@jlricks.com.
